ambrosia bee food dough is a fondant-like dough. It consists of very fine sugar crystals which are bedded into an ideally composed, saturated sugar solution. The addition of the enzyme invertase ensures a continual thin syrup film on the surface, and thus guarantees problem-free feed uptake.
